Vic is a writer and producer based in Los Angeles, specializing in narrative storytelling and visual ethnography.

A second-generation broadcaster, she spent over a decade working in Philippine media and broadcasting, developing a deep curiosity about culture, audiences, and human stories.

Once upon a time, she was a political analyst for the National Institute of Policy Studies in Manila. But it was her love for storytelling, art, and human behavior that led her down a more unconventional path — translating cultural insights into emotional narratives.

Today, she works with Hasty Storytelling as Senior Researcher and Producer, producing and analyzing in-depth interviews, focus groups, and cultural research.

Her work turns qualitative insights into compelling written and visual stories for global clients including Meta, Amazon, and Toyota, through research reports, video storytelling, and multimedia productions.

Her work sits at the intersection of culture, research, and storytelling.

She is fluent in Filipino, English, French, and Spanish, and can usually get by in most Romance languages.

Maybe this year, she’ll finally learn how to ride a bike.
